EGR replacement I had the EGR system replaced 2-3 weeks ago due to it's malfunction on my 2010 Prius. Good customer service work by Jim. All systems go! I am now experiencing mpg's at less than 6 to 8 miles per gal, when I was in the 50 ++ range. Returned for check up but was told by Jim nothing could be done to bring back my previous mpg's. When I requested of him for a "check it out" procedure, he turned me down and as our discussion continued, told me to take the problem to corporate. So even with an 10;30 appt I left with no resolution to the missing mpg's.. Surely there's an answer to this problem, which I would like to have!! Regards, Lou Rose 618-604-2399 More

Great dealership and sales rep Nick Erlinger and the team at Newbold gave us a great deal and delivered the vehicle inside 1.5 hours. While I completed the paperwork, Nick walked my daughter thru the features and set up her Bluetooth for her. This dealership really made us feel taken care of. From the onset, Damon was interested in what I wanted, and through the last signature he maintained that attitude. He was willing to accommodate my requests at every turn. If and when it becomes time to buy another, I'll be contacting him to make my purchase. As a finance manager, Robert did a great job taking care of the part of car purchases none of us likes. He was unlike any finance manager I have worked with and was interested in what I needed....not upselling some warranty, super undercarriage protectant or window etching crap.....but that's just me. Shawn Karfs is Awesome!! I brought a pre-owned Toyota from another dealership into Newbold's service center for a complete mechanical review by a technician. Shawn Karfs, who I brought a pre-owned Toyota from another dealership into Newbold's service center for a complete mechanical review by a technician. Shawn Karfs, who was my service representative, said "If you want I can give it a quick glance?" I said sure. He proceeded to start pointing out a ton of really bad problems with the car that I had not noticed!! Really legitimately bad stuff!! The car was falling apart and I could not see it - but he did!! Shawn saved me from making a huge mistake!! And since the car did not go back to see a technician, he didn't charge me a penny!! Wow! I was so happy!! (By the way, afterwards I went into the sales center and talked to Josh Roseke, who also was great, and bought a car from Newbold that very same day! I knew I was dealing with a dealership I could trust!!) More
