Great service from Gus! I visited Newbold Toyota this morning with the intention of possibly trading my 2012 KIA in for a new Camry. Gus greeted me and worked with me for well over an hour trying to get me the best deal possible. Unfortunately my KIA has severe Hail damage and, through no fault of his, we couldn't come to an agreement. It is almost unheard of in Car sales when you can talk man to man with a salesman but it happened with Gus. I explained that my grandson would need a reliable car for a job that he excepted in late May and it might be best for us to just give our KIA to him as we know it's history. Great experience with Josh I visited Newbold Toyota yesterday to look at the new Tacoma's with the possibility of trading in my 2015 Xterra. After looking around the lot for a f I visited Newbold Toyota yesterday to look at the new Tacoma's with the possibility of trading in my 2015 Xterra. After looking around the lot for a few minutes Josh greeted me and took a Tacoma TRD Sport for a test drive. Josh provided me with information on the features of the vehicle which I appreciated. I liked the Sport version of the Tacoma quite a bit and once we returned to the dealership we worked through the numbers in a reasonable amount of time came to an agreed to trade in my Xterra for the Tacoma TRD Sport. Josh is extremely professional and provided me with a good sales experience. I'm looking forward to working with their service department in the near future. More
