I researched multiple Dealerships with a specific car in mind that I fell in love For me, this was my first car shopping experience with Dealerships. I researched multiple Dealerships with a specific car in mind that I fell in love with a 2015 Toyota Corolla. I took my father with me to go shopping I am his four kid so he has gone car shopping a lot. We went to three dealerships but after going to Newbold Toyota first the other two dealerships were a let down. We worked with Jeff, he worked with my budget, got me into the exact car I wanted, and made this experience awesome. After talking and working out the details I left the dealership with a large smile on my face and my father said and I quote "This was the best experience I could have asked for, for my daughter. I wish it would have been like this for your other siblings." That says a lot about how great of customer service Jeff had given us. my father is a hard man to please! I wanted to thank you Jeff!
