We had just purchased a Camry from her a month before and she was wonderful to deal with. We were looking to buy a Highlander and, once again, she was great! She found the vehicle we were looking for with the options that we wanted. She explained the vehicle and its options in great detail. If we had questions that she did not know the answer to, she found out for us. I have never hugged a sales person after a sale, but Paula got a hug from us! She is the best salesperson I've ever dealt with and will continue to use her. Our only hang up would be that we added an aftermarket option to the Highlander through their "add on" company. We were told by the sales manager Craig that they would function just as the factory ones would. This was incorrect. Kind of a waste of money. So do your research on the aftermarket options before spending the money. Also, the vehicle was listed to have "all weather" floor mats. We once again were told by Craig that this also included the cargo area of the Highlander. It had all weather mats for all 3 rows of seats, but nothing for the cargo area. When I asked Craig about this he said I could buy one. Other than that we had a great experience and if you are looking for a great salesperson to go above and beyond, I highly recommend that you check out Newbold and ask for Paula! More
Appauled at the way I was treated by Craig - Salesman I met Joe Luczak who was very helpful with the purchase of my vehicle but the customer service from Craig(salesman) was appauling. He talked to me in a way that no sales guy should ever talk to a customer. If it wasn't for Joe Luczak I would have walked right out the door. I was told on a Thursday that the car I wanted was approved and on Saturday it was sold. No phone call was made telling me if another black car was available nor was one transferred there. Craig said it was my fault because I couldn't get up there before Monday to buy the car. Even if those were his feelings he should have never blamed me 4 or 5 times in front of everyone. He knew I was selling my truck on Saturday and had a scheduled appointment on Monday. He also said to me that maybe we shouldn't do business with you. I asked for the General Manager and the issue was resolved. I won't be taking my car their for maintenance because I can't bare to look at this man anymore..... More

Good Old Fashion Customer Service! My wife and I had a great buying experience working with our dealer rep, Dan Molitor, and the Newbold Toyota team. Dan was open and warm and worked to get us the best deal without being pushy or overbearing. When all was settled, he worked our new car special order and followed up with us until delivery (which turned out to be earlier than expected - kudos to the Toyota factory team), to ensure we were very satisfied customers. We appreciate that our desires were listened to, and that we were treated with the cordiality and respect potential paying customers should assume...or as those of us over 40 refer to as "Good old fashion customer service!" Nice job Dan and Team Newbold. More

He asks a ton of good questions about your needs and makes very good recommendations based on the feedback you give him. Bottom line is that you don't "feel" like he is pushing "his" agenda during the buying process. We walked away very satisfied with our experience. More
