The Toyota Corrolla we purchased is the second vehicle we bought from Newbold Toyota. We could have bought our car at any number of dealers closer to our home. First, because of the high quality of the 2007 4Runner Limited and second because of the knowledgeable and honest approach by our salesman, Terry Oliver. He isn't a pressure salesman. I've walked out of dealers in the past because of it. In both sales Terry took time with us. Overall, we felt that he did the best he could do for us and for his employer. My wife and I have been well satisfied with our experience at Newbold. Mr Oliver is certinaly part of that satisfaction. Terry is a super fan of the Toyota product he sells. I've come away confident that the vehicle's we have purchased will hold up to the many years, and many miles I expect to put on them. I have Terrys cell phone number in my personal phone and he has mine. He checks in on us asking how the 4Runner is doing and fills me in on things going on with Toyota. When I rent vehicles for work now, I request Toyota vehicles. I've met one of the Newbold family members on a return for oil change visit. Terry made sure that of that. She thanked me for our business. I appreciate being appreciated. More

I used to dread the car buying experience until I went to Newbold Toyota where I just bought a 2011 Toyota Camry. It was the best experience I have ever had buying a new car! I am 58 years old and have bought many cars in my life. The salesman was fantastic! He drove all the way from O'Fallon to Edwardsville to pick me up at Enterprise Leasing. He even drove me to my house to get my car title. I was so impressed with his willingness to go the "extra mile." Then I could not believe the great deal that I got on my car (0% financing). You can't get a better deal than that. The finance manager was also very helpful in explaining the numbers and the advantage of the maintenance plan. If I take my car in for service I get a rental car to drive. How great is that? I also get free oil changes and tire rotations. You have got to give this dealership a try. I promise that you will not be disappointed! More

I cannot recommend going to Newbold based on an experience I had with them. I went there to trade-in my wife's Camry for a new Camry. The salesman seemed bothered by us. He did not negotiate a pr experience I had with them. I went there to trade-in my wife's Camry for a new Camry. The salesman seemed bothered by us. He did not negotiate a price for trade-in with us. He scoffed when we tried to up the offer, he simply said "It has a big crack in the windshield". Not only did we get a better trade-in price by the Honda dealership down the road, but there was no mention that the crack in the windshield would bring down the value of the car. Because of this interaction, we went to another dealer, and are more than satisfied with our decision not to buy a car from that salesman. In his defense, maybe he was having a bad day, but first impressions are lasting impressions. I cannot knock Toyota for there products, I know several people that have them and they are great cars, but because of my day with that salesman, I could not in good conscience purchase something from him. He lost more than one sale that day. We have since purchased two cars from the dealership that we left Newbold to go see that day. More
