Coordinated Servicing I had an issue with an oil control valve. By itself, it would be expensive to fix, but since I was due for new plugs in a few thousand miles, servici I had an issue with an oil control valve. One of the agents or service techs was speeding thru the new car lot while my wife and I were looking at the trucks. Wheels squealing as he took 2 turns too fast until he saw us amd slowed down, some. 2. With all the agents standing around while Mike was closing another sale, we had to leave and come back while truck was being prepped, we had to wait about an hour to have the truck filled with gas and the floor mats I purchased brought out. More

Since I was mechanically challenged, and living on a tight budge In 2013–I unexpectedly became a single female with a SUV that needed lots of repair. Since I was mechanically challenged, and living on a tight budget, I decided to sell the SUV and lease a Prius. This was a life saver, because of leasing the Prius there was no unexpected repair bills, the lease price was reasonable and the gas bill was almost non existent. I was able to have a VERY RELIABLE car at a reasonable price. Newbold Toyota walked me through each step of the way. Since 2013 I have continue to lease thru Newbold Toyota. I do not like to deal with owning a vehicle and leasing thru Newbold Toyota has taken the headache out of this process. The service department has always been very competent, efficient and kind. The sales department understood my needs and repeatedly found a vehicle to match my needs. More
