Terrific sales and service by Newbold, in the person of salesman Mark Wakeford. We are provided with the car we want with no pressure from the dealership, and Mark goes out of his way to find us the vehicle, packages and colors we want. Our Toyotas, going back to a $7,300 Corolla we bought new in the late 1970s, has been excellent, trouble-free, beautiful cars. As long as Mark is at Newbold, we will never buy a car from anyone else. Additionally he encouraged me to drive several types just to get the feel for each, making sure i would be entirely satisfied with my purchase. His supporting staff and the finance manager Brian were very helpful as well, walking me through my loan options. Found out after the sale that they had used rolled duct tape to keep the sun visors up! That is just cheesy. If you know of something (particularly minor stuff) that is wrong, fix it! Or at the very least, tell the buyer. It would not have prevented us from making the purchase, but did kind of leave a sour taste in my mouth about the honesty of the dealership. More
