I was taken inside to the desk and met by another very friendly employee. I was treated with respect the entire time. Service was quick. Once my service was finished, someone came to get me and take me back to the desk and explained everything. I was also given a voucher for a free car wash. The whole experience was pleasant. Service tech inspected and drove on Monday morning with no problem noted; service department wanted to check again in afternoon. The sales person I dealt with answered all of my questions and was very informative describing important details. The finanance person was exceptional in articulating the details of the financing process. The entire process at the dealership was pleasant and professional.
