Standed I took the complimentary shuttle service while my vehicle was getting done and I was left stranded for 45min. I called the service Dept as I was told I took the complimentary shuttle service while my vehicle was getting done and I was left stranded for 45min. I called the service Dept as I was told to have them come pick me up after 25min of eating. 30min later they still hadn't come to get me. I called again only to get the operator voicemail. I tried 3 more times and each time got the voice mail. I finally got through on my 4th attempt and was transfered to service where it just rang and rang and no one answered. I had to call my husband to come get me. As soon as he arrived the shuttle pulled in a whole 45min later haven't I had requested the shuttle the first time. Unacceptable More

We came back a month later to test drive the Camry Hybrid and had finally found the car we wanted. We wanted to wait a day to not make an impulse decision and do more research and Cameron understand and was not pushy. When we came back to discuss the purchase it was an organized and smooth process.
