Poor and careless service I have to say, I was not pleased today with the service i received. And I was in the waiting room while the service was being performed. I was ha I have to say, I was not pleased today with the service i received. And I was in the waiting room while the service was being performed. I was happy with the availability of the time slot and the quickness at which the service was performed, however i believe that is where the problem started, to quick to get it out the door without attention to detail. My tires are factory filled with nitrogen and green capped for a reason. Just air is not the same or a substitute, air is only 78% nitrogen and has moisture, and in varying altitudes and temps plays a factor in inflation where nitrogen does not. I as the customer should have been notified that you were going to air up my tires, which were not showing any indication were low. Now my tires are mixed with air and nitrogen, which defeats the purpose of nitrogen filled tires and green caps. I am going to have to pay for evacuation and refill since I was informed after being finished this is what was done because Newbold Toyota does not offer nitrogen. The average cost is $15.00 per tire to have this done, so $60.00 plus tax and shop fees for Newbold's careless negligence with my vehicle, makes me question if they would be this careless with a minor detail, what about more major ones... I will not be coming back to Newbold Toyota for a new vehicle or service. If you don't offer a service or cannot perform a service properly such as Nitrogen filled tires with green caps, contact the customer first and ask first. The green caps are there so you know its nitrogen ONLY not regular air in the tires. Letters about this was sent to the dealership owner, General Manager, Service Manager, Toyota Inc., and BBB of Eastern Mo and So. Illinois. More

Great Car - Great Service I didn't have to wait long for the checks to be completed. They also made suggestions on recommendations required for the mileage, which I appreciate I didn't have to wait long for the checks to be completed.
