Scheduled for service - They ordered the wrong part I was scheduled to have the drip molding on my roof replaced for the second time. When I checked in they asked me what side the molding was missing fr I was scheduled to have the drip molding on my roof replaced for the second time. When I checked in they asked me what side the molding was missing from. This should have been my first clue they were not ready to fix my truck. Instead, I left the facility and was notified an hour later that they ordered the wrong part. My conclusion is that they never ordered it in the first place. So now I have to make another appointment after the part comes in. I also raised an issue with a paint defect I believe I have on my hood. I was told by Shawn he would talk to his service manager about my complaint. When I picked up my truck Shawn never mentioned if he had talked to his supervisor. I proceeded to talk to the general manager, Steve Stiegman, about my concerns. He took my phone number and said he would get back to me about my paint issue after he talked to the Toyota paint representative, which I was in the week prior to try and resolve. Steve mentioned that Abra Auto may be an option to fix the paint and they have a partnership with Abra. Waiting on the call back from Steve. More

Scheduled Service This review is a lot to discredit anyone in the service department, however I had an appointment scheduled for 0815, for a tire rotation. Upon arriving I was told there was one car ahead of me. After sitting there for an entire hour they finally came and got me for my completed service. I might has well have just been a walk in, to have waited that long on a 20 minute at the most job. What's the point in making an appointment if you have to set there and wait as literally 5 more people walked out before me. More
