My new Rav 4 Dave Twigg was great to work with. He contacted me the right amount of times and wasn’t high pressure. I also really appreciated that he showed me man Dave Twigg was great to work with. I visited 5 other dealers and no one else came close to showing me all the stuff he did which was before I was even sure I wanted the vehicle. He def knows his stuff. The Finance Manager who helped me was also really great. He presented all the options and did not pressure me into any specific package. I’ve been a Honda customer for the past 17 years so it has been tough to leave a brand I love so much but I’m excited for the next adventure with Toyota. More

customer service David was very friendly and helpful. He did not push me into buying anything When we took a test drive he showed me all the features of the vehicle. But.... there was a miss communication about the price which I was not happy with . After I went back up there and approached him he did admit give me the incorrect info. And we checked on the price and it was quoted on another color. Terry: He was very great. He did not push me either . He gave me figures and I asked to think it over he walked away and said when you are ready just let me know. He went over everything . with me and answered every question Great job fellows!!!! More

Appointment made for two issues and both were not resolved Made an appointment for 2017 Tacoma (less than a year old) to replace the drip molding on my roof (second time it has detached) and for a clear coat Made an appointment for 2017 Tacoma (less than a year old) to replace the drip molding on my roof (second time it has detached) and for a clear coat issue. The drip molding has been replaced before, after falling off, and it fell off again. They did not order a new part so now I have to go back again to have it reattached. I noticed two small circles on the hood of my truck and it appears the clear coat is peeling. They tried to clay bar the marks; it did not work and they are still on the hood. They also left black specks all over my windshield from the clay bars. Having to go to the dealer three times in a year for a brand new vehicle is unacceptable. I know the service dept did not build the truck but I feel like they tried to brush the paint defect under the rug. The detail shop also left the black specks all over my windshield from the clay bars; unacceptable. I really regret buying this truck. If they can't fix the small problems, although the paint defect is big to me, what will happen in the future if something bigger happens? More
