One of the reasons I rated Customer Service as only "good" was they didn't meet my expectation for delivering me a spotless used van. Even though the van is used, it's still new to me and cost a lot of money so the least Newbold could have done was vacuum and wipe down the interior well. After we commented to Damon that the interior didn't meet our expectations, the other guys cleaned the interior. The result was okay at best. I gave it a three for price because less that 4,000 miles (on a vehicle that had less that 30,000 miles) after we bought the van, it needs new tires! More
