Only because I had a leased Toyota Highlander that had to be turned in, I made a obligatory trip back to that dealership. The experience was night and day. Between Manny Kokakis and Doug, the conversation, the information, the willingness to help, inform, was all done so in a manner that seemed equitable to both sides.
