Eduardo is a great guy and I knew I was getting a great deal. Pickup was easy as well and I was in and out with my brand new highlander in about an hour and half. We love it! Easy, Friendly, No-Hassles We interacted with Dane Dolan over the phone and via email regarding a 2016 Toyota Highlander we had seen in the dealership's online inventory. We li We interacted with Dane Dolan over the phone and via email regarding a 2016 Toyota Highlander we had seen in the dealership's online inventory. We live about 200 miles from the dealership, but we had very specific needs including a white exterior, grey interior, 4WD, and DVD entertainment package, that was difficult to find locally. We also had a trade-in. Dane was professional and friendly. He gave us detailed information about the vehicle and even took pictures and a video for us. He was able to give us a trade-in value for our Honda CRV with pictures and title information, and he arranged for the transaction to be completed same-day. We drove to the dealership and completed financing, the trade-in and were in our new Highlander all within an hour of arriving. John handled our financing and secured us a great low rate. The paperwork was quick and we felt well informed. Dane then went as far as to sit with us in the Highlander to point out many exciting features.
