Enthusiastic, Great Attitudes, Cooperative and Knowledgable I had contacted Steve (internet) a week before arriving at the Toyota facility. I could not make that scheduled appointment. But, I met with Larisa wh I had contacted Steve (internet) a week before arriving at the Toyota facility. I could not make that scheduled appointment. But, I met with Larisa when I arrived a week later. Great cooperation within the staff as Larisa was able to see that I had previously contacted Steve. I was provided many options and a vehicle was called in from another location for me to check. Unfortunately, I did not like the color, but Larisa was very very OK with my decision and enthusiastically assisted in showing me other vehicles. I believe between Larisa and Steve I was provided all possible discounts. I am a down-to-business person and liked the expediency and accuracy in finding a vehicle and closing the deal. More

It also gave me @ 30 mpg/ Sp when I looked for a new car I went to the internet sites and made a request5 for Toyota quotes. Newburgh Toyota called me back within minutes. My local mechanics advised against other Toyota dealerships so I crossed the river, met Larisa Ammons and her supervisors and found them to be very eager to meet my every question and request. Was able to test drive various cars, even coming back at closing time to test the lighting system after I read a bad review on line - the lights are fine. I also looked at the Honda Civics, but in light of the superior performance given by my Prizm, and the care shown by this team purchased a 2016 Corolla. I am nearing 1,000 miles put on the car over the past few weeks and am getting @ 38 mpg as measured by the actual gallons used divided into miles travelled. The on-board computer is at 37.6 mpg and is gradually catching up to the actual MPG. Thanks Larisa for your help, experience and knowledge. Bill B. More
