I had a specific budget that I had to stick to and Eduardo made sure I found a RAV4 that I was happy with at the price I needed with a great trade-in value for my former vehicle. I did not feel I was taken advantage of at all and the whole process was painless and enjoyable! The finance manager was just as amiable and knowledgeable about the process and I don't think I was ever able to drive away with a new vehicle in such short a time!! In sum, waiting was minimal, service and knowledge of the employees was spectacular, I was treated respectfully, and I would recommend ANY friends and relatives I know to buy their Toyota here!!
