The specific vehicle and color we were looking for was in short supply in several other dealers we looked into. Newburgh Toyota not only had the vehicle in stock, but provided a very fair out the door price. The staff was professional and courteous and went out of their way to ensure our needs were being met. Doug Bell runs a great dealership. All the functional roles of the departments, and the employees, are well coordinated from internet sales, to onsite sales, finance, and the prep/delivery of the vehicle. The logistics of the entire purchase process went smoothly and with minimal stress.The showroom is also very large/modern and comfortable. More

More car dealerships need to hire women because they are not pushy, cocky or know-it-alls like a lot of the men working at Newburgh Toyota. They were patient, sincere and truly wanted to get us the best deal. Not to mention honest and upfront throughout the whole process. Thanks ladies for a great experience. This is why I have continued to be a fan of Toyota and have now added the corolla to the list of 6 different Toyota vehicles on my roster :) More

Knew what I wanted and what I wanted to pay for vehicle. A major problem I had was that I dealt with so many people over the phone and it became very irritating. I sent in an e mail and received an e mail f A major problem I had was that I dealt with so many people over the phone and it became very irritating. I sent in an e mail and received an e mail from a woman stating a "special" online pricing. The price was nowhere near realistic. As I countered that price I received a call from yet another female. Then I wound up with a fellow who quoted me a price stating it was $1000 below invoice when it was $1000 over invoice. I do my homework and knew what I wanted. I spoke with the fellow on a Thursday with an expectation of hearing back that day as I stated I would come in that Saturday and conclude the deal if we got to terms. I never heard back and called on Friday and was told he was on a day off. This was very annoying and I asked to speak to someone else. A woman came on the phone and I explained the status of my conversations and the price I was willing to pay. She put me on hold and then a different woman answered and was giving me rhetoric which I found insulting as it was gibberish, She then put me on with someone else and we successfully concluded the deal. Obviously the conclusion means both parties were satisfied. I picked the car up and added the tire warranty with the finance person and had to call back on Monday asking to cancel the purchase of the warranty. He said he would get back to me. It is now Thursday evening and no call. Sloppy business practices. More
