Best dealership i have ever delt with. Ronnie was my salesman and he was great to work with. Came in on his day off to make sure my vehicle was ready to go and all my paperwork was good. He was low key, very knowledgeable about the Toyota brand products and the competing brands in the class of autos I was interested in, enthusiastic without being "pushy". Frank Fabiano the GM, treated me like family and gave me an awesome deal without the contentiousness of "haggling". Tom Dillon made the scariest part of the deal (financing!), smooth and relatively anxiety free! This is the third car we have bought from Newburgh Toyota and I would not go any where else! More

Not only did she display splendid customer service, but her dedication and constant communication not only with me but with her colleagues proved to be invaluable. When she came back with a response, it was researched, verified and as solid and you can get. This truly made the experience is finalizing this transaction a pleasure. He was very courteous and we loved that he answered all our questions( there were many!) and worked with our current vehicle needs to find the perfect vehicle. The financial process was also explained with no questions left unanswered. We are very pleased that we found this dealership; from the beginning to the detailing process, the experiences was a great one. All dealerships should work in this manner. More
Excellent My visit to meet with Frank started with a cheerie welcome by the receptionist who immediately called back to confirm my appointment and announce us. My visit to meet with Frank started with a cheerie welcome by the receptionist who immediately called back to confirm my appointment and announce us. Frank was very professional and personable. All my queries were taken seriously and answered with quick knowledgeable responses. Frank was able to show me several vehicles that met my requirements. He even returned several calls to answer questions that we still had prior to picking up our vehicle. He paired us with Jason who was also personable and professional. Jason finalized our sale, got all paperwork together, placed us with the finance manager who completed our purchase within the specks we required. Jason then took the time to go over the vehicle and pair my wife's phone and contacts. The service dept came out to set up our first appointment before we left. We are very pleased with the entire experience. More
