Friendly, Enthusiastic, and Stress-free After my father's passing in the spring, this was my first time buying a car without him. Joe met my mother and me at the desk and four hours later I was driving home in a new RAV4! From the beginning of my visit, Joe asked excellent questions to understand my needs and wants in a new Toyota. The conversation was easy going and as a result we were able to narrow down my decision. He was also attentive to my mother's comfort who was along for moral support ensuring she had water and explaining information thoroughly. The test drive course was well though out and he had extensive knowledge about the car and its features. During the purchasing process, Joe made sure to dot ever i and cross every t and was able to give me two amazing purchasing deals. In the end, Joe helped me sync my phone to the Bluetooth feature and went over all features before I left the dealership. Buying a new car is exciting but also a little bit scary but my visit was nothing like the car buying nightmares people often speak of - I would recommend this dealership and salesman Joseph Gonzalez to anyone for a hassle-free and enjoyable car buying experience.
