Before this we had been purchasing another luxury brand for a number of years and I have never experienced the thrill and sheer happiness of owning, driving and just looking at this beautiful piece of machinery. (we are in our mid 60's), Sorry we waited so long to find the perfect car, but it's never too late. The dealership was very helpful and open about the features and price. We felt very comfortable that we were getting what we wanted at a fair price. Having previously bought three certified used cars from Newburgh Toyota and being very satisfied with them, we returned to them recently for a replacement vehicle. Our salesman, Eduardo Ortiz, was extremely helpful in our search. We started by looking at certified used vehicles, but decided they weren't what we were after. We purchased a 2013 Toyota Camry XLE and love it. Throughout our search, Eduardo was extremely helpful, patient, and personable. Whenever we had a question about something, he got back to us promptly with the answer. The vehicle we chose did not have a backup camera, so Eduardo checked into the possibility of having one added on. We had that work done yesterday, and our experience with the Service Department was very positive. We will definitely return to Newburgh Toyota the next time we are in the market for a new vehicle. Frank and his son Peter, were extremely patient with me and did an amazing job. I visited them on a Saturday and they took the time to walk me through the Prius. They made time in their busy schedule to schedule a test drive for me and also then located the exact car I wanted literally overnight. They gave me a great deal on the car and the trade in. The atmosphere in the dealership is one of family and they really try their best to get a new car for everyone. They deal more with quantity and let the finances fall out naturally. They were extremely supportive and understanding and just did a great job. They are moving to a new location by Steward Airport and I wish them all the best. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership.
