Once we agreed on everything we created a contract and I both my Wife in to take a test drive. I later became aware of a friend who happened to also be a Toyota salesman who looked over the numbers and told me that the deal could be better. After consulting with Patrick as well as Sales Manager Douglas Bell they were able to make me an offer that was far better then expected. We liked the way they showed us three different financing calculations which helped us to make our decision for monthly payments according to our budget. Before making a commitment with them we went to another dealer in the area to compare prices. Although they were friendly we were not satisfied with their presentation. Therefore, we went back to Toyota at 17K and bought our 2015 XL black Highlander. We needed a second vehicle this year and due to the great service we got at Toyota of Newburgh last year, we went back and got a second 2016 XL Plus Highlander. Again, we got the same great service. My Experience With Purchase of New Leased Vehicle I was not impressed with greeter upon entering Newburgh Toyota however, my Salesman Jabral Torres was and is an individual who exudes quality and trus I was not impressed with greeter upon entering Newburgh Toyota however, my Salesman Jabral Torres was and is an individual who exudes quality and trust. He confided his time on the job was short which unnecessarily was reiterated by Tom Dillon who I understood to be not only in Sales but Finance as well. Because of Jabral I leased my second Toyota and my third leased vehicle. I found Jabral to be very well spoken and knowledgeable. He was not pushy or assuming. Truly a gentleman in speech, manners and appearance. The day of acquisition went smoothly until I was to take possession and met with Finance. Confusion abounded which I attributed to more persons being involved in the transaction other than Jabral and Mr. Velez. After a great experience with my Salesman the final process of acquisition was time consuming and at times frustrating to me. I wish Jabral Torres a wonderful future as he is deserving and he is without doubt an asset to Newburgh Toyota Scion. More

SHE IS THE GREATEST She gave us a good deal and I can tell that she likes her job and she likes to work.
