shopped 6 dealers, five of them in person in a one-week period. maureen instantly beat the best sales price i relayed for my 2012 toyota hybrid camry by more than $500, and also offered $100 more than the period. maureen instantly beat the best sales price i relayed for my 2012 toyota hybrid camry by more than $500, and also offered $100 more than the best price offerred for my 2006 sequoia trade-in. no hassles, no pressure. she also respected the fact i was rushed when i first visited and didn't press me to sit through the typical sales-tosales mgr routine that goes back and forth 5-6 times and pressures u to do a deal same day, and instead emailed me back as requested with the best price/trade in value. john r was equally easy to work with, and didn't pressure me on add-ons like extended service warranties and other items when i told him in 25 yrs of buying new cars i had never bot an extended warranty and he wasn't going to be first. all in all, great pricing, no high pressure sales, and we bought a hybrid that two weeks later still hasn't seen the gas needle move by more than a 1/4 tank. gladly recommend maureen and the newburgh toyota team. by far the best of the half dozen toyota dealers i visited in the hudson valley, albany and rte 17 during this car-buying experience in terms of price, professionalism, and understanding the customer's needs. Please allow me to preface my comments with a terrible experience I had at a Mazda dealer in Queens upon trying to have my 1 month old Mazda replaced. I had to wait, then I was told I would be given a lo experience I had at a Mazda dealer in Queens upon trying to have my 1 month old Mazda replaced. I had to wait, then I was told I would be given a loaner car as my rental was due to be returned. I waited some more. Finally, I was offered a deal with a new down payment and a higher monthly payment. After losing my new car in Sandy I was devastated, became hysterical and left. My son spoke to Steve at Newburgh Toyota and he invited me to come in the next day. When I arrived, I was greeted by Steve and treated like family (or royalty). He introduced me to Tony who was so cheerful, pleasant and funny; he treated me like an old friend. I was asked about what I wanted and I explained that I did not want to lay out any money, but I was willing to pay DMV fees and my first monthly payment. Tony proceeded to show me a car and I felt very comfortable with the route he selected for me to test drive the Toyota Corolla on. I liked the car, but I was not completely impressed. I wanted a sportier car with more options since my Skyactive Mazda 3 was fully loaded. So he showed me a “snazzy” white Corolla S with everything in it…I was very pleased. His colleagues worked as a team to make certain that the car was available, would be ready within a couple of days and to do all for the asking price. They did it! I picked up the car from Tony on Thursday November 15th. He had all in order and the car was immaculate. John expedited my paperwork (and not only did I not have to lay out money accept for $197 in DMV fees, but they waived my first car payment – what a bonus!) and I was on my way. The entire Newburgh Toyota team renewed my hope in “salespeople” and inspired my spirit to rethink, rebuild, and move on after losing my brand new car and the entire first floor of my home. p.s. This is the first time I bought a new car in twelve years and Tony and team helped to make it a wonderful experience for me…I would recommend anyone buy a car there!! Thank you. More

These people were absolutely stunning to work with. My car was totalled in Hurricane Sandy, and I needed a replacement fast. So many places just wanted to get you to come in so they could work you over, try to pressure you into doing something you'd regret. Kristin was straight up: she sent the exact specifications of the cars and options she had, and her price was the best. And believe me, I looked. After some bad experiences in the past, I sweat the details. And every time I came back with a question, she had the answers right there. I had a lot of questions, but she didn't mind - she encouraged me to think of more! Once the deal was set, I was passed along to Maureen Hogg, an amazing lady. I'd been wanting one of those new, updated, 2012 Camrys, so I'd done a test drive with a dealer closer to home. I didn't need to look around, just needed to get the deed done. At this point, I'd done everything via internet from home. Maureen arranged everything: insurance, registration, title, financing, so when we arrived at the dealer our car was ready, and ready to go. Maureen was so thorough in her explanations of all the features. She took us for a test drive, and saw to a million details. She even switched over our EZPass. I would have left it in the car. John Roscino handled the business end so efficiently, and yes, he offered us some extras, one of which seemed neat, so we went for that, bu there was absolutely no pressure. These folks were a dream to work with. Every concern was addressed until we were so comfortable buying our car. I dreaded the ordeal of getting a car. With these folks, there was no ordeal. They're sweet, thorough, professional friendly AND they've got the best prices I could find! My car is a beauty, my first brand new car. Can't say enough good things about Newburgh Toyota. More
