I have one issue with the purchase of my new venza LTD. That is when i placed a deposit on the vehicle they had to get it from a sister dealership and later found out that the other dealership had sold the That is when i placed a deposit on the vehicle they had to get it from a sister dealership and later found out that the other dealership had sold the vehicle even though I had a signed contract for that VIN number. This was a disappointing and stressful experience, even though the sales person explained what/why it happened. They did however find another matching vehicle. When I shake hands and sign a contract i expect the contract to be honored. More
