This was the second time my husband and I leased a new car from Newburgh Toyota. We were a little nervous dealing with a different sales person (we previously delt with Tony Tadaro, but he was off on the car from Newburgh Toyota. The car was NOT detailed, as the detail employee was not at work the day we purchased the car, (today, 7/21) and we were not told this, until after we were leaving and checking out the car which was not spotlessly clean. There were a number of yellow spots on the exterior, as well as smudges and some sort of substance on the bottom of the chrome under the driver door. There was sticky plastic wrapping left under the back of the passenger's seat. There was dirt on bottom side of driver's seat and footprints on driver's floor mat. The windows were not clean, especially where the MSRP sticker was removed from the window. The sideview mirrors were smeared. More

Newburgh Toyota was the second Toyota dealership we went to when looking for our new car, and after buying a car from them we'll never go anywhere else. We were extremely impressed by their customer servic to when looking for our new car, and after buying a car from them we'll never go anywhere else. We were extremely impressed by their customer service and how hard they worked. When we first went to look at the Yaris we ended up buying, Maureen was very helpful and wasn't pushy at all. Before we could even ask for the carfax she had them printed for us. When we went back to test drive the Yaris, we met with Stephen who was also extremely friendly and helpful. Again, we never felt pressured and we were extremely impressed with his customer service. Mike in finance was also amazingly helpful! We had very little credit so he had to work hard to find a bank that was willing to work with us. He ended up finding us an excellent deal. The three of them made our car buying experience very pleasant. They worked hard to do what ever they could for us and always were friendly and smiling. We will definitely be purchasing our next vehicle from them. Thanks so much again guys! You're the best! More
