He went above and beyond to get me in a new RAV 4. I was not ready to give up my ten year old Tundra, but the cost of repair and the high mileage, made up my mind. There was no hassle on price, or extended warranty. Ed even offered to help wash and wax the car to get it ready the same day. Unfortunately, I could not get the finances wired in time. I did pick it up the following Monday June 4. Tom did a great job the the warranty pricing. Again, I am closer to Kingston, but would rather come here for the professional sales and the great service department. I have recommended your dealership in the past, and will continue to offer it in the future. I went on-line and was contacted by Steve and Kristen, with a follow-up call from Steve. (I was also contacted by virtually every other dealer in the Hudson River Valley.) I was under time constraints because I only had my rental for a short time and I needed to wait for my settlement. I visited the dealership to start the ball rolling and I met Dom. I told him exactly what I wanted and how much I was willing to spend. He listened attentively and said they would do their best to work within my framework. He worked up a reasonable estimate for me and went right to work to find my vehicle. He learned that there were only four available in the northeast and they had some features I really didn't need. Then he took me to Mike Smith to determine what financing would be best for me. Mike was also quite personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. As it turned out, I decided to accept some extra features because Mike and Dom made me a reasonable offer. They were professional and courteous and made what could have been a very stressful situation almost a pleasure. While I had no plans to purchase a new car, circumstances dictated otherwise. I presume that I will continue to receive the same good service to which I have become accustomed. More
