My wife and I came to Newburgh Toyota Scion just to look. I had seen a Scion iQ at another dealer, but wanted it in red and disliked the Lava color. I had driven an iQ at another dealer, but they only had I had seen a Scion iQ at another dealer, but wanted it in red and disliked the Lava color. I had driven an iQ at another dealer, but they only had one car, in silver. The color samples were not satisfactory, so I told the other dealer I would not buy. I made some calls and found that Newburgh Toyota Scion had several colors in stock. We made an appointment to see what they looked like and met Maureen. Maureen patiently showed us the cars. She never tried a hard sell (it would not have worked). She had a great sense of how to address questions and just do what was necessary to show the cars in their best light. Little by little Maureen and these cute little cars changed my mind and - on the same first visit - I purchased an iQ. I wouldn't have bought if Maureen had not taken the time to move the cars so we could see them in the best light. She let us make up our minds and we came to love what we saw. It was two factors: Maureen who was a pleasure to deal with, and Newburgh Toyota that made the investment to have the car in stock so I could appreciate it and change my mind about the color. I have been a loyal Nissan customer for many many years and never even considered switching brands until this purchase. One day on the way home from work I happened to stop at Newburgh Toyota and walked in and never even considered switching brands until this purchase. One day on the way home from work I happened to stop at Newburgh Toyota and walked into the showroom and was greeted by Maureen. Since I had never considered a Toyota before my knowledge of the product was lacking but Maureen clearly explained to me what the options were for the various Sienna models so I could choose the one that best fit my needs. She then proceeded to bring me to the exact model I was interested in and explained every last detail about the car. I was definitely interested in the car at that point but the color I wanted wasnt on the main dealer lot but Maureen quickly obtained it from the dealers secondary lot so I could see it in person. Given my close proximity to the dealer (1 exit away) when I took the vehicle for a test drive I was able to stop by my home and show my wife the vehicle. We have a newborn so it was impossible for us to both go to the car dealer at the same time so this was a true convenience and time saver. Maureen proceeded to explain every last detail she had just explained to me to my wife. Until I met Maureen I have never had an experience with a care sales person where they took the time to really explain the vehicle I was interested in, did not try and oversell me on a model I didnt need and just go the extra mile to accomodate me and my family. I can now honestly say after this experience that my loyalties have switched to Toyota and this dealership and the next time I need a car Maureen will be the first person I go an see. More

This is my 2nd Toyota from Newburgh Toyota Scion. I returned because I had a great experience when I leased the 1st car from Eduardo. Since I had purchased my 2005 here and had experienced great service, I decided to make this dealership my first choice. I went on-line and was contacted by Steve and Kristen, with a follow-up call from Steve. (I was also contacted by virtually every other dealer in the Hudson River Valley.) I was under time constraints because I only had my rental for a short time and I needed to wait for my settlement. I visited the dealership to start the ball rolling and I met Dom. I told him exactly what I wanted and how much I was willing to spend. He listened attentively and said they would do their best to work within my framework. He worked up a reasonable estimate for me and went right to work to find my vehicle. He learned that there were only four available in the northeast and they had some features I really didn't need. Then he took me to Mike Smith to determine what financing would be best for me. Mike was also quite personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. As it turned out, I decided to accept some extra features because Mike and Dom made me a reasonable offer. They were professional and courteous and made what could have been a very stressful situation almost a pleasure. While I had no plans to purchase a new car, circumstances dictated otherwise. I presume that I will continue to receive the same good service to which I have become accustomed. More
This is my second Toyota from this dealership. They are top notch in service. Ed Ortiz is one of the best AE I have met in a long time. He went above and beyond to get me in a new RAV 4. I was not ready to give up my ten year old Tundra, but the cost of repair and the high mileage, made up my mind. There was no hassle on price, or extended warranty. Ed even offered to help wash and wax the car to get it ready the same day. Unfortunately, I could not get the finances wired in time. I did pick it up the following Monday June 4. Tom did a great job the the warranty pricing. Again, I am closer to Kingston, but would rather come here for the professional sales and the great service department. I have recommended your dealership in the past, and will continue to offer it in the future. I hope that owners and management understand how important it is to have a good team, with good morale as a prize. If the staff is not appreciated, all else fails the business. Again, thank you.
