Ford = Floods On Rainy Day I don’t often post however I am truly disgusted! We leased a Ford Focus 2+ years ago. Every time it rains hard the car leaks. I have taken it in m I don’t often post however I am truly disgusted! We leased a Ford Focus 2+ years ago. Every time it rains hard the car leaks. I have taken it in multiple times, the last time it was looked at by Newins Bay Shore Ford’s “leak specialist”. Well guess what I drove to work again today with a wet seat. My husband went down to Newins Bay Shore today and was informed that they would be happy to look at it yet again, but so sorry they do not have a loaner car. I have already taken two days off for my leaking car to be fixed. I would strongly urge anyone even considering buying/leasing a Ford to think twice. At one time FORD was known as fix or repair daily - well I know say it stand for FLOODS ON RAINY DAY! More

They were very accommodating with the date and time My FordPass app advised me that service was due so I called no one‘s to schedule my appointment. They were very accommodating with the date and time to bring it in. When I got there they welcomed me, asked if there was anything else during the service needed, They verified my cell number in the event that I left the area for breakfast, so they can call me when it was completed. The service was done within one hour, I picked up the car and went home. Really another great experience at Newin’s Ford. More

The car was taken into the shop in less than 10 minutes. The battery was installed, the car was checked out and the necessary paperwork completed in less than 1 hour. Quick, Friendly and thorough service in less than 1 hour. This is why I buy my cars and have the service done at Newin's Ford. It starts with your service advisor, Marty Jacobs.
