Bough my 2011 edge here. Many visits, fairly happy with service. Year ago, tires rotated, lost wheel lock. Needed that to change tire. 2 weeks ago there fore service including tire rotation. Did not notice service. Year ago, tires rotated, lost wheel lock. Needed that to change tire. 2 weeks ago there fore service including tire rotation. Did not notice that the wheel lock and one stud missing. Service person said all lugs where put on. I must have lost. If wheel lock had been on, you need the master to remove wheel??? The master has always stayed in car. Not happy!! More
