Stopped by to look at a Charger. I had been considering buying one for a while. I generally HATE the process and pressure involved in buying a car. The entire staff was great to work with and the atmosphere was friendly and not overpowering. I had a good expereince. The Manager was very nice and easy to talk to, I had a good feeling when speaking with both he and Rodney while negotiating the deal. We bought our Jeep in another state and after driving it we found two minor issues with it. The Jeep dealership we bought it at disregarded our concerns but Jason and the team at Newnan CDJR fixed everythin we found two minor issues with it. I GOT A NOTICE IN THE MAIL THAT MY 2008 RAM 1500 4X4 WAS DUE FOR IT'S 5 YEAR INSPECTION FOR IT'S LIFETIME POWERTRAIN WARRANTY. I THOUGHT TO MYSELF, I'M GONNA DROP IT OFF AND GET A CALL WITH A TON OF RECOMME DUE FOR IT'S 5 YEAR INSPECTION FOR IT'S LIFETIME POWERTRAIN WARRANTY. I THOUGHT TO MYSELF, I'M GONNA DROP IT OFF AND GET A CALL WITH A TON OF RECOMMENDATIONS , AND SINCE I AM A SERVICE MGR. MYSELF, I WAS SHOCKED, WHEN THEY CALLED AND SAID THEY HAD PERFORMED THE SERVICE AND MY VEHICLE WAS READY FOR PICK-UP. WOW , AND WHEN I GOT THERE TO PICK IT UP IT HAD BEEN WASHED AND SHINED UP.
