Bought my jeep 2023 in 6-15-22. Have had it back 6 times for getting the acessoris fixed. Light color interior shows all the dirty finger prints. Trim pieces not all reinstalled ! Payed for a diagnosis got a incorrect diagnosis. Without actually diagnosing the issue they typed a code in google and diagnosed my vehicle with a new (bad) alternator. The 1189$ price would’ve been Without actually diagnosing the issue they typed a code in google and diagnosed my vehicle with a new (bad) alternator. The 1189$ price would’ve been fine if it was a guaranteed solution. I have a 2nd new alternator I can have it replaced 5 more times I can buy straight from the dealership if needed. It’s not going to fix the car I took a 280$ loss on towing. And 190$ diagnosis that was rushed and incorrect I’m not concerned with service agreements only a solution. More

This dealership sucks. I bought a used truck in July 2022 from this dealership and my truck has been in the shop at least 5 times with less than 1000 miles. Each time they I bought a used truck in July 2022 from this dealership and my truck has been in the shop at least 5 times with less than 1000 miles. Each time they take at least a week to do the work. The last time it took over 2 weeks. The initial diagnosis was incorrect and they had to repair it with over $2000 worth of repair work they caused by repairing it WRONG! I cannot even enjoy my truck because either they sold me a lemon or they dont know how to repair what they sold me. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. Lesson Learned! More

I was told over then phone that I could get my oil changed at the same time that my vehicle was to receive a recall repair. When I arrived the day of my appointment, I was curtly informed that oil ch changed at the same time that my vehicle was to receive a recall repair. When I arrived the day of my appointment, I was curtly informed that oil changes were a 3 hour wait. Yes I know they are generally first-come, first-served but it seemed pretty moronic to me that I couldn’t be appropriately accommodated while my vehicle was in for service. I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere. More
