Wow! I have never had very pleasant experiences with car dealers before, I was always being shown what THEY wanted me to see or what THEY THOUGHT I would like. When I would ask to see a certain make or mod dealers before, I was always being shown what THEY wanted me to see or what THEY THOUGHT I would like. When I would ask to see a certain make or model, I was always told a million reasons why THEY thought I wouldn't like it. From the moment I talked to Sheena on the phone, I knew this experience was going to be different. She was friendly, down to earth, open and very forthcoming in answering all my questions. The experience got even better when I actually arrived at the dealership and was greeted with a smile and welcoming manners by those in the showroom. After dragging Sheena from one side of the lot and back several times, she did not show impatience at all. She seemed glad to continue to answer my questions and keep going back and forth between models I was interested in. Sheena gave me the impression that she not only listened, but UNDERSTOOD what I was looking for and made sure that she showed me numerous options. I really felt more like I was dealing with a friend that wanted to be sure I was getting what I wanted. When I had narrowed my choices down, I then met with Bob to discuss prices. I never felt that I was being pressured or swayed in any particular way and was treated like an intelligent human being and had my options laid out before me to choose as I liked (thanks Bob!!). With Ken, he was so friendly and open and very clearly explained all the financial matters and answered all of my questions. He didn't try to talk down to me nor did he talk over my head. When it came time to sign the paperwork, I was completely satisfied that I was getting the best possible deal. Saying that they went above and beyond my expectations of a car dealership, would be sorely abusing them considering my expectations were so very low to begin with. I suppose the best and most honest compliment I could pay them would be to say that they should be the role model other dealerships should look to for quality. If I had to do this experience all over again, I wouldn't change anything about them! More

I started as only interested in a possible future purchase of a new Jeep Compass. Not wanting to deal with the "usual" pressures of a new car purchase, I contacted the dealership via internet.
