Very Disappointing Experience My boyfriend and I visited this dealership after seeking a purple jeep while driving by. We went in and a non-salesperson let us drive the vehicle and then told us the price was 35,000. We wanted to do our research and told him we would be back. We went back to discuss numbers two days later and were told that it wasn't for sale. This Manager didn't ask us for our contact information or anything and basically seemed to want us to leave. We left and thought it very strange that only two days prior it was for sale. We visited yesterday hoping to test drive a two door instead. This same manager handed us to a salesperson and told him to bring us to a back lot where there were NO JEEPS!!!! My boyfriend became irate at this point and we went back into the dealership and told the Manager that he was extremely rude to us and we walked out. It was all in all very strange and disappointing. Engine light on Brian came out and put portable computer on my car and diagnosed immediately as a no problem. Service Horrible/extremely overpriced/Seek second opinion Pick up my vehicle from service and drove away. Within miles loud grinding noise. Returned to dealership. I was told that my front differential need to be replaced at cost of $1400. Went to my mechanic, nothing wrong with differential, found blend door gear grinding. $200 hundred dollar repair to include replacing gear oil in front and rear differentials. Was looking to buy a used Jeep Renegade. They had a 2015 with 4k miles for $24000 Would not negotiate. Told me trade in was less than $500 hundred dollars and if i sold it for more i should work for them. Advertised our trade in with hours had nine calls and sold vehicle for $3500. Purchased new 2016 jeep renegade Limited off island (quirk) for $21000. New vehicle less miles fully loaded for less than a used vehicle buyer beware. . More
Scammed with a faulty car Went there and bought a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica and was practically brand new. The screen had some spots on it and I asked the seller - John DeNadal - there what this was and was told with a system update that it would be gone. But low and behold it did nothing. I contacted the seller about this and he still tried to convince us that we needed a system update. We drove 2 hours to buy this car from another state. Paid 32 grand just to get scammed. This was not a professional dealer. We asked for it to be fixed and we got no reply from him. We ended up taking it to our mechanic to fix and only to discover the DVD player wasn't functioning properly as well. This was not anything near to professionalism and even that is giving them too much credit. I would not recommend a liar to anyone and to get scammed in something as expensive as a car is disgusting. If I could leave less than one star on this review I would. Be aware of this dealer and the manager - they are both alike. Future buyers beware. More
Abusive service department ensured I won't be returning After purchasing a used vehicle at another dealer out of state, I sought help from this dealer near home for a few Chrysler warranty issues. I waited After purchasing a used vehicle at another dealer out of state, I sought help from this dealer near home for a few Chrysler warranty issues. I waited 3 weeks to get an appointment, then dropped the vehicle of for service. Though I had explained the issues to the staff when scheduling, I also left a note in the vehicle. I believe I even preemptively thanked them for their help. I shouldn't have. An hour later, I received a phone call from the service writer, Tom. He explained that I'd need to authorize payment of up to 2 hours labor for them to go over the list of items I requested evaluated, and that there was no way he could tell me if my NATIONWIDE CHRYSLER warranty would cover it. When I explained that I'd authorize one hour, and to do his best, Tom seemed to lose any semblance of control. He raised his voice and told me, among other things, that he didn't sell this vehicle and didn't have to honor the warranty. He told me it wasn't his problem that I bought the vehicle out of state, 3 years old with mileage on it. Wondering when the hidden cameras might pop out because his reaction was so over the top, I laughed and said, Tom, please, just try and understand my position. He erupted again, saying he didn't have time for my "b**ch list", and threatened that if I wasn't careful, he wouldn't do the work at all, after all he didn't need to. This behavior in a three year old might be called a tantrum, in an adult head of a service department I call it abusive. The vehicle never moved from its spot on the lot all day. When I stopped in at the days end, it still hadn't been serviced. (Again, this after waiting 3 weeks to schedule the appointment) I am thankful that they didn't touch it. I didn't have to prolong the relationship. I requested my keys back without saying another word, and drove away to Elmwood Dodge in East Providence, where I have had consistent wonderful experiences (see my review on this site) I only wonder how many military families, elderly, singles, etc. have been mistreated in this way. AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS! More

They won't pay off your trade! Traded in a car for a brand new jeep. It's been 37 days and they still have yet to pay off the trade in. I actually had to contact a lawyer to deal with this. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. More
