I brought my Lexus IS 350 for regular maintenance (oil change). The service technician also completed a multi-point inspection at no additional cost. I received a thorough explanation from the service technician and Joey Wilcheck in the service department I could choose which to do now and others that I wanted to wait to do later. There was no pressure. I appreciate having this additional information that could prevent damage and greater expense in the future. I would not consider having service for my Lexus done anywhere else! More
