From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Alyssa went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. She took the time to answer all my questions in detail, never made me feel rushed or pressured, and made sure I felt completely confident in my decision. Her attention to detail and dedication really stood out. We encountered a few issues with the car while checking it on the day of the pickup, but she addressed them promptly and offered fair compensations for my troubles. What impressed me most was how much extra effort she put in—whether it was coordinating everything seamlessly with the other managers, keeping me informed every step of the way, or making sure the car was absolutely perfect when I received it. She truly exceeded my expectations. Also want to shout-out to their finance process. Negotiation went through smoothly without any resistance from what I want or pressure from their suggestions. I sat through it for no more than thirty minutes, and most of the time was waiting on their PCs to work. Buying a car can sometimes be stressful, but Alyssa and her team made the experience easy and even exciting. I’m incredibly happy with my purchase and grateful for their exceptional service.
