Always try and sell thing you don’t need. Took my #Lexus #ES300h for 20k service, they told me they rotated the tires but I have pictures of before and after and the damaged #rim tire is stil Took my #Lexus #ES300h for 20k service, they told me they rotated the tires but I have pictures of before and after and the damaged #rim tire is still in the same place, they also topped air in the tires 38/39, which is way too high as the recommended is 35psi, I have driven to the desert and back in scorching heat but never saw my #tire pressure go up this high, I do not recommend this dealership. Also, they suggest I get the tires replaced soon and #hybrid #battery #filter changed/cleaned and they quoted $349.26, I asked why it was so high, Joey told me they ll need to remove the back seat, take it all apart and put it back together, glad I didn’t let them do it, came home and YouTubed it, only needs 2 screws removed to replaced the filter. Best to go spend money at a small business. More

Very impressed with the care Chis took prepping and facilitating my service, explaining charges, and getting me out the door. Roger in finance and Joe on the sales floor also very helpful. Roger was especially knowledgeable about extended and pre-paid service contracts. Only one ding to report: two smudges of lube or grease of some kind on the front passenger leather seat. Happily, l removed it easily when l noticed it on my way out of the service department. More

Unfortunately, my 2006 GS required substantial repairs and my 2014 GS was a total loss recently, so the choice to purchase a vehicle from this dealership was a no-brainer.
