I've brought my 2025 TX250 to Newport Lexus for all my service and warranty needs even though I purchased the car from elsewhere reasons beyond my control. Kevn Nessl in the service department has been am service and warranty needs even though I purchased the car from elsewhere reasons beyond my control. Kevn Nessl in the service department has been amazing since my first visit and I've requested him each and every time I have an appointment which is coming up to 5 visits for various reasons and everytime he has been easy to work with and got everything done as stated. The facility itself is clean and nicely maintained befitting the luxury car as opposed to other luxury car dealerships where it feels like you don't own luxury car. I cannot say good enough things about Kevin Nessl and Newport Lexus. More
