Bad customer service After buying my new GS350F I scheduled an appt for the 1st service. I arrived and had to wait over 30 min at an empty desk. I received a text that m After buying my new GS350F I scheduled an appt for the 1st service. I arrived and had to wait over 30 min at an empty desk. I received a text that my car was ready. I replied asking to have my car washed while I drive over. I arrived 30 min later and the cashier said they would start to wash my car. I guess It was too much to wash it when I asked. I waited 40 min and no one knew where my car was. I searched the entire dealership and found my car at the entrance of the service dept. It had mud boot prints on both door jambs, grease hand prints all over the hood. The key was in it so I left because no one knew anything. Service Director Jason Johnson said they went above and beyond with my service. Maybe he should take a class on customer service? More
