This is refer to the Finance Department. After I agreed to the sales price, I asked to see the cost breakdown and saw a line called PPM of $2,000. I asked what it was and was told it is Prep After I agreed to the sales price, I asked to see the cost breakdown and saw a line called PPM of $2,000. I asked what it was and was told it is Prepaid Maintenance. I was never told about that. I told the sales I did not want that and please take it off. At the Finance Department, the guy keep trying to push the PPM saying how much it is for routine maintenance and the car is a PHEV and requires every six months maintenance or warranty will be voided. I asked how much is a major maint. He said around $2,000. He he offered to cut the ppm price to around $1,000. By then we were tired under the high pressure and we agreed. More

Originally there were a number of fees waived and on the second contract they were there and he bumped the interest rate one point. Didn’t realize this until I got home. My fault. He was overly aggressive trying to sell the very expensive service contract. I would definitely come back again to deal with Greg, but absolutely make it a cash sale. More
