Service performed in timely manner, service advisor kept me advised as service progressed. But adding plain WATER to wiper washer reservoir is just being CHEAP CHEAP! In larger volume, a gallon of fluid mig me advised as service progressed. But adding plain WATER to wiper washer reservoir is just being CHEAP CHEAP! In larger volume, a gallon of fluid might cost dealership $1.50 per gallon. A streaking windshield cause impaired vision ans is unsafe. Even Pep Boys tops off a vehicle’s washer reservoir with windshield washer fluid. Very disappointing level of attention to the Lexus customer experience. More
