My experience recently with this dealership was absolutely HORRID! Something I don't say lightly because I've been coming to this dealership for nearly 20years with different cars (yes even before absolutely HORRID! I called in for some warranty work that was supposed to be covered on my LC It was all confirmed by the serv. advsr. Then only to have my car partially wrked on and be contacted several days later that its not covered (while it was w/them all this time)..You can imagine how incensed I was after this. and to add insult to injury they want my business for another vehicle there...For the record here we are just scratching the surface. I'm not sure which is worst. The incompetence of the SA or GM- T. Damato in the way I was treated about this whole affair. More
