Lexus wasn't the only brand considered, and we had looked at other Lexus dealers. But here we could learn about what's available, test drive a few models, and go away and think about it. The continuing contact didn't become annoying, and the follow up was really good. This got us into a great car that we're already enjoying more than what we traded in. More
