Overall, I’m happy with my used car vehicle purchase. However, it was nowhere near 5 stars - and honestly it’s more of a neutral “3-star” review. I’m happy overall because the deal is appropriate. However, I didn’t intend to purchase the vehicle at that moment because I just wanted to test drive it. Please note that I’m not placing any blame with the dealership because ultimately I signed the papers and completed the deal, but I wanted to leave to think everything over and come back after a couple hours. Unfortunately my salesperson wouldn’t allow me to do this. And when we were negotiating back-and-forth on the deal, it did end up towards my favor - but I didn’t know what the final numbers were, and the salesperson just had me sign a ton of additional paperwork (as if I purchased the car) before even knowing the numbers. Besides that, I didn’t have time to thoroughly inspect the vehicle (it was mid-day on a weekday, and I was in the middle of working at the time), so I’m unsure if their car wash (after the sale) revealed the imperfections - but I noticed numerous slight dings all over the hood and roof the moment I drove it home. Honestly, it appeared to be like hail damage. I’ve purchased many vehicles in my lifetime (this is #51 for me), and 90% of my vehicle purchases have been through dealerships. I’m meticulous when it comes to “issues” (especially if it’s cosmetic), so this looks like I’ll be spending over $1000 to correct that damage through a Paintless Dent Repair shop. However, if I noticed these imperfections, I wouldn’t have purchased the vehicle. Also, the passenger side rear quarter panel looks like it was slightly grazed by one of the previous owners. The damage is still there (approximately 12-18 inches), and it’s covered by touch up paint (which again I did not catch during the test drive), but it sure appeared noticeable after the post sale car wash. I don't expect anything from writing this review (which is why I gave them the 4 stars, even though it’s not a true 4 stars), but wanted to provide my honest experience because the part that they don’t show you on the website is the $995 exterior/interior protection package the consumer has to pay. That was the main reason I wanted to think the deal over because even in the finance office, my payment terms were initially lower until I called out that charge (as if they didn’t want me to catch this discrepancy).
