I arrived at 8:00 and Peter, my service writer was there smiling to greet me! We sat and in less than 5 minutes I was issued a loaner and ready to start my day. During the day they sent me a video inspection of my car’s undercarriage, what a nice touch. Of course they were keeping me involved which I always appreciate. During their inspection they found service work that urgently needs correction. They sent me a text and I authorized it to be done, saving me another trip to the dealership. Returning in the afternoon to picK up my car, was just as easy as dropping it off. As my service writer was with another customer, the one sitting in the next desk finished off my paperwork and I again was gone in 5-6 minutes. The service and the attention to detail couldn’t have been more efficient and their smiling couldn’t have been nicer! Thank you Newport Lexus. I’ll be back!! More
