5 stars for Jonathan Bishop but this 1 star rating is for the tech department. I took my car in 8/12/23 for the following items: front brake job inc refacing and factory shims. The next morning I drove to work, I could tell right away there was grinding/scraping going on with them. I returned on 9/6/23 and don't have that technician's name but waited hours only to be told they couldn't find any problems with them. I spoke with one of the customer service people who told me he had a lexus is250 also and that they are known for brake noise. So, I then let it go another 4 months living with the grinding/scraping, thinking maybe they just need to settle in and then it will get quiet. It never did and so I returned on 1/20/24 once again complaining that they were still making noise. I again have a long wait, wasting my day off work once again, only to have it inspected by technician #626, Sean M. Tafoya who claimed they'd checked the brakes and couldn't find anything wrong. I don't have an invoice for the next trip I made, so can only estimate it was around March 2024, but I went back to Jonathan, the customer service guy who had been helping me and I complained that there's no way this can be normal, the grinding/scraping that the brakes were making and that IF it WAS normal, then how was I supposed to be able to tell when the brakes needed replacement?? He took a ride around the parking lot with me and the brakes were now not making the noise and so he told me that if I waited again to have it inspected, that they'd charge me an inspection fee if they couldn't find anything wrong with the brakes. He mentioned that since I'd be returning in another month anyway to complete the oil consumption test, that I could have them inspect the brakes then and it wouldn't be a charge since they'd be doing the inspection anyway and so I decided to wait. I eventually learned that the brakes didn't make noise once the car warmed up for at least 20-30 minutes and since my commute is only 15 minutes, it was never getting warmed up enough to get quiet, but since the dealership was so far from me - it did have time to warm up so that it wasn't making the noise by the time I got there. Well, finally, April 16, 2024 comes and it's time that I can come back for the oil consumption test plus get the brakes inspected again. Finally, THIS tech does his job and figures out the brakes need to be resurfaced!! As luck would have it for whoever this tech was who was the only one doing his job, none of the paperwork I received shows his name as he deserves credit where none can now be given. My brakes have not since made a single scraping noise!!!!! WHY did you all make me keep coming back and wasting my valuable Saturdays AND GAS on this since last AUGUST??? SO disappointed and this experience truly made me distrust your brand. More

This is refer to the Finance Department. After I agreed to the sales price, I asked to see the cost breakdown and saw a line called PPM of $2,000. I asked what it was and was told it is Prep After I agreed to the sales price, I asked to see the cost breakdown and saw a line called PPM of $2,000. I asked what it was and was told it is Prepaid Maintenance. I was never told about that. I told the sales I did not want that and please take it off. At the Finance Department, the guy keep trying to push the PPM saying how much it is for routine maintenance and the car is a PHEV and requires every six months maintenance or warranty will be voided. I asked how much is a major maint. He said around $2,000. He he offered to cut the ppm price to around $1,000. By then we were tired under the high pressure and we agreed. More
Had the exact car I wanted. Phone conversation with Greg was great. Trip to the dealership was worth it. Originally there were a number of fees waived and on the second contract they were there and he bumped the interest rate one point. Didn’t realize this until I got home. My fault. He was overly aggressive trying to sell the very expensive service contract. I would definitely come back again to deal with Greg, but absolutely make it a cash sale. More
