Just had an amazing service experience with Liam. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, thorough and courteous while assisting with service needs on a 14 year old RX350. Even after using their loaner car and declining the service recommendations (to take a few days to consider if a new car was in order) Liam still offered me a free car wash and said he’d be there if/when we decided on the repairs. From beginning to end, it was an outstanding customer service experience.
