With an amazing salesperson, Gregory Brawley, it seemed as though this was going to be a five star review, an incredible and professional experience. Mr. Brawley answered every question I had and truly went the extra mile for me through the process. He’s a huge asset to Lexus Newport. Can’t speak highly enough of him. Unfortunately, the delivery process turned into a huge disaster, with an incredibly unprofessional trucker and company scratching the car and delivering before the agreed time and before I was ready for it. Granted, this wasn’t the dealership’s fault directly, but they need to accept some responsibility since they elected to use this place. I’ll link the review for that company. Stay far away from them for sure.But back to Lexus Newport specifically, the reason for the sub par review for the dealership itself comes down to the unprofessional and uncaring attitude of one employee there. Hope you enjoy your new car. “, in effect saying that they washed their hands of all responsibility. Sorry, Summer, that doesn’t cut it. At all. Using this trucking company as the means of delivery means you guys should be assuming a significant amount of responsibility since you’ve chosen them to deliver vehicles. If they botch a delivery that reflects on the dealership as well IMO. She even had the gall to suggest that I would slander her in my review and her survey and screw up her bonus. Which was awesomely unprofessional. No slander needed here Summer. Just the simple truth laid out. You are unprofessional, lackadaisical and a terrible representative of your dealership. Mr Brawley knows how to take care of customers and tries to do right by them. He’s a big picture kind of guy. You on the other hand could really care less. So I’m calling you out. Whether you get your bonus or not is ultimately inconsequential. I could care less. What’s important is that customers avoid you like the plague if at all possible when using Lexus Newport.
