I purchased a new Lexus on May 3, 2024. I could not be more pleased with the entire process. It took two weeks from my initial inquiry to close the deal. It took two weeks from my initial inquiry to complete the purchase. Mitch found the exact(hard to find model) in transit, negotiated the purchase price and accepted the deposit within 48 hours of my first inquiry. He kept me up to date on the shipping status and delivery date and set a convenient appointment time for me to pick up the vehicle. The entire purchase appointment at the dealership took under two hours including test drive, all finance paperwork and vehicle orientation.
