My 86 year old Dad who has Alzheimer's got burned bad by these guys. They charged him $406 for an oil change and tire rotation! Stay away from these awful people! More

Hi Tim, Your father paid for scheduled services based on the owner's manual recommendations which are every 12 months and/or every 10,000 miles. This is a very common service for Lexus owners and in no way did we try to take advantage of him or mislead him. The price he paid for these services is the same price any other Lexus owner would pay for these services here.
