Albert was an excellent service consultant. I mentioned that my transmission felt like it was slipping on acceleration and he mentioned using higher octane gas. I have switched to higher octane I mentioned that my transmission felt like it was slipping on acceleration and he mentioned using higher octane gas. I have switched to higher octane gas and the problem is resolved. Also got new brake pads and other services done so well. Thanks for the loaner also. More
