My buying experience was great but my 10,000 mile free service was not so great. Had a very early appointment 7:45 AM was told to be about an hour hour and a half 2 1/2 hours later I went to check on my c service was not so great. Had a very early appointment 7:45 AM was told to be about an hour hour and a half 2 1/2 hours later I went to check on my car. My service rep told me oh it’s done they’re gonna wash it. I told him it was just washed yesterday. It doesn’t need to be washed so he told me it’ll be five or 10 more minutes and then he comes and tells me oh I made a mistake. I never put in the order to start the service they haven’t even started it yet then I noticed they’re supposed to rotate my tires as part of the 10,000 mile service that never happened because I have a slow leak in one of my tires and it is still in the same position so now I’m questioning. What else didn’t they do as part of my service? They did fill up my tank for the inconvenience, but I would’ve rather had the complete service done such as my tire rotation, which is described in their 10,000 mile service than a full tank of gas. Plus when he brought me my paperwork to sign, he had added an extra 30,000 miles to my mileage count which I had to have them correct . I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this dealership for service. More
