As a follow up I’ve called the service manager and left a message as well as sent my contact information after he left this reply that he would like to look into this further. And guess what no return phone call no reply. As a manager myself I can see where the poor service from this dealership starts. Definitely lost my future business. I would avoid this dealership for your service, who know what was actually done to service my car.
