As we started looking at Lexus models, a Salesman named Ted Schwartz asked us what we wanted in a Lexus! Well he pulled out 3 Cars, 1 by 1, and my wife drove each one. We asked him a lot of questions, and he professionally answered all with clarity and praise for every Lexus we looked at and Drove. After the 3rd test drive, my wife fell in Love with one of the cars she drove. Ted then went over all the features, and incentives offered on that car. SOLD we bought that car! Ted continued with us through the whole process of paperwork, taking pictures of the car, and he showed my wife inside the car, all the things it has to help her see what she just Bought. She drove it off the lot, and Ted waved to us Good Bye!. Ted with his Grace and Patience, made my wife feel Great about her purchase. We were extremely Happy to have Ted as our Salesman. More
