Lack of communication hurt the experience I have to say that Miles is awesome, Felix in service is awesome, and Ann in internet sales is awesome. However, the dealerships handling of financing I have to say that Miles is awesome, Felix in service is awesome, and Ann in internet sales is awesome. However, the dealerships handling of financing and the lack of answering emails is awful. The cars we bought have been to service already, after a week, so that is unsettling. The temp plate is about to expire and still no way to register. WE had an issue with financing and offered 4 times to bring the car back until we could get the correct papers in order.... mainly so the plates don’t expire. This was ignored, emails sent, ignored. Miles helped as mich as he could, but still couldn’t get the people we needed, to contact us. Would I recommend? Not really, but I will say based on Miles, Ann and Felix the experience wasn’t a complete loss. More
